CIA chief Mike Pompeo: Putin attacked 2016 election.
DNI Dan Coats: Putin attacked 2016 election.
FBI director Christopher Wray: Putin attacked 2016 election.
NSA head Mike Rogers: Putin attacked 2016 election.
Putin: I did not attack 2016 election.
Trump: I believe Putin.

And Trump is correct in doing so.

Probably the most laudable aspect of the Trump regime is Trump's friendship with Putin, who is a strong, intelligent leader much liked by his countrymen and respected internationally.

I don't say Putin never lies (what politician doesn't?) but in comparison to the other men mention, he probably lies the least, only when necessary.

The US would be fortunate indeed if it were led by a man with the qualities of Putin.

Putin no doubt realized that Trump is a doofus, but he knows that appearing to be friendly with him is politically advantageous.

I don't think Putin would buy a used car from Trump.
